Please carefully read the following before filling out your application form:

- All the questions on the application form must be completed.

- If a question does not apply to you, write N/A (not applicable).

- Husbands and wives who are applying as students must complete separate forms.

- If you are applying on?line or via e?mail you can send a photo in a separate e?mail or add it at the end of your application. (you will see the option at the end of the form)

- If applying online you will need to sign the forms once you arrive. Please note that a negative answer to some questions does not necessarily disqualify your application.

NB. We are unable to care for children of students at this stage. If you have children and wish to apply for the school, please contact us first to discuss your situation.

Please Note: Inflame School of Prophetic Worship is a worship school NOT a music school, you will be expected to be reasonably confident on your instrument in a team setting.
